The short version: we don’t sell your details.
Infuse AI is a small Melbourne business. This page says in plain English what happens to the information you send us. We have written it to line up with the Australian Privacy Principles, and we would rather be held to that than not.
What we collect
Only what you type into the audit form: your name, business name, email address, industry, team size, the software you use, an optional budget range, and your description of where your time goes.
That is genuinely the whole list. This website runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no cookies. Nothing here follows you anywhere.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to prepare for your audit, and to write your report. That is the whole list.
We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone else for their own purposes.
Marketing
We only email you about the audit you asked for. There is no newsletter and no automated sequence. If we ever start one, you will be asked first, and every message will carry a working unsubscribe link, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Where it lives, and who else touches it
Your enquiry is emailed to us and lives in our mailbox in Australia.
Two overseas companies handle it on the way there: Vercel, who host this website, and Resend, who deliver the form email. Both are United States businesses. That is the complete list — there is no analytics provider, no advertising network and no CRM in the chain.
If that list ever changes, this page changes with it.
How long we keep it
Audit enquiries are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Ask us to delete yours earlier and we will, no questions.
Confidentiality
We sign a mutual NDA before every audit. Anything we see inside your business stays inside ours.
Getting at your information
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@infuseai.com.au and we will come back to you within 30 days.
If you are not happy with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
